1.  In an emergency:  DIAL 911 and notify the management.

2.  Maximum pool occupancy is 65 persons.  No Life Guard on duty at anytime during pool operation.  Resident agrees that an attendant may be present from time to time during pool hours to monitor weather conditions, water conditions or other operational matters associated with the operation of the pool. The presence of such attendant does not imply that a Life Guard is on duty nor does it cause the Community to be liable for any event or condition at the pool which may cause damage or injury to the user.

3.  No glass, food, or drink is permitted within the pool area or enclosure.

4.  Persons using pool facilities do so at their own risk.  Owner and Management assume no responsibility for accident or injury.  Only use facility during posted hours of operation.

5.  Animals are not allowed to enter or remain on the premises near the pool area.

6.  No person with skin abrasions, open sores, skin disease, eye disease, nasal or ear discharge, illness, or communicable disease may use the pool facilities.

7.  Swimmers must shower before using the pool.

8.  No person may alter or remove safety equipment from the pool.

9.  Pool gates may not be propped open or otherwise rendered inoperable.

10.  Do not swim after consumption of alcohol.

11.  No running, horseplay, dangerous conduct, or noise which may disturb others.

12.  Only residents of the community may use the pool.  No guests are allowed.

13.  Owner is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen articles.

14.  Children less than 16 years of age must at all times be accompanied by an adult responsible for their safety and behavior while at the pool area.

15.  Do not swim alone.  A minimum of two or more adults, 18 years or older, must be present at the pool when the pool is in use, with at least person over the age of 18 years on the pool deck.

16.  Proper bathing attire must be worn.  Thongs are not permitted.

17.  Pollution of swimming pool is prohibited.  Urinating, discharge of fecal matter, expectorating, spitting, or blowing the nose in the swimming pool or around the pool area is prohibited.

18.  Pool rules apply to residents, occupants, guests and their children.  Violation may result in termination of resident's occupancy.

There is no after hours use of the pool.  Violators of this rule will be prosecuted for trespassing.  The Management reserves the right to refuse admittance to, or eject from the pool premises persons failing to comply with any of the above health and safety regulations.

I have read and agree to the pool safety rules. I also understand there will be no lifeguard on duty at this facility. I will abide by the rules listed.
