Step One:
Read the Resident Screening Criteria document carefully.  If you believe you would qualify to become a Resident at Oakmonte Apartment Homes, continue;

Step Two:
Read the sample Lease Agreement which has been provided for your review.  If you agree with the terms of this document, continue;

Step Three:
Read the Rules and Regulations of Apartment Homes.  If you accept the terms of this document, continue;

Step Four:
Read the Move Out Cost Schedule.  If you accept the terms of this document, continue;

Step Five:
Select a leasing option;

Step Six:
Complete the Rental Application and return it to the Oakmonte Apartment Homes Rental Office along with:

  a) Non-refundable Application Fee in the amount of Thirty Five Dollars ($35.00).

  b) Resident Damage/Rental in the amount of Seven Hundred Dollars ($700.00).  If you are not approved for residency, the full Seven Hundred Dollars ($700.00) will be refunded to you.
